Ken
joined Ashworth Treasure in May 2007, having worked for a number
of professional firms since qualifying as a member of the Chartered
Institute of Taxation in 1977.
Ken has a broad background of tax experience but in recent years
has specialised in advising on tax issues affecting owner-managed
businesses, including acquisitions and sales, reorganisations
and buy-outs. He also has written published guides on tax topics,
most recently on employee share acquisitions, and regularly contributes
articles to professional journals.
